Meet Popeye. This sweet, gentle 10-year-old boy belonged to a homeless man who unexpectedly ended up in the hospital. Through no fault of his own, Popeye is now sitting in a shelter, wondering where his person went.
His owner's only prayer is that Popeye finds a good, loving family who will care for him and give him the safe, peaceful life.

Through the Pawtastic Friends Enrichment Training Scholarship Programs, our goal is to prepare homeless dogs for adoption, giving them the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their furever homes. 🏡 In the meantime, we ensure they are surrounded with love by providing toys, food, medical care, and supplies to keep them comfortable and happy until they find their families. 🦴🧸
