Rocky is a spirited, medium-sized tan-and-white sweetheart with soulful eyes and a personality that’s basically pure fun. He’s loyal, affectionate, and always down for an adventure… then a cozy crash on a blanket with belly rubs 😄

Through the Pawtastic Friends Enrichment Training Scholarship Programs, our goal is to prepare homeless dogs for adoption, giving them the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their furever homes. 🏡 In the meantime, we ensure they are surrounded with love by providing toys, food, medical care, and supplies to keep them comfortable and happy until they find their families. 🦴🧸
