Pawtastic Friends Block Party

It’s been one week since our 5th annual Pawtastic Friend’s Block Party. I always use this week after to reflect on the event and recover. It started out 5 years ago as a small gathering at Envogue Salon, and has turned into quite the production. This event has so much planning, so many moving parts, and so many amazing people that make it possible. We are so blessed and fortunate to have each and everyone of you as part of the Pawtastic Friends family.... the Board, the volunteers, the sponsors (Findlay Cadillac, Wax Trax, ImPETus Pet Training, One Little Touch, Pawlicious Kitchen), the incredible Las Vegas entertainers, the vendors, Dazzling Bistro, Island Ice, and the most wonderful donors that support and share the program everyday. It is because of all of you that Pawtastic Friends can provide the Enrichment Training Scholarship Program. Sometimes, I think it’s all a dream. To think it all started with some volunteers that wanted to do more and make a difference. So, on behalf of Michael & I, thank you for believing in Pawtastic Friends and thank you for all the different ways that you make a difference. It takes a village..... Much gratitude Michael & Melissa

Keeping your home clean can help reduce exposure to cat allergens if you live with a Siamese cat. Regular cleaning of surfaces, washing bedding, and keeping the bedroom as an allergy-free area may be useful. Allergens can cling to furniture, carpets, and other soft surfaces, so reducing these areas can make environmental control easier. Washing your hands after handling a cat can also help prevent allergens from reaching your eyes or nose.
