Let's Make a Difference!
In a world filled with sadness, we often wonder what we can do to make a difference.
On Sunday, June 25, the Las Vegas community will come together to support Pawtastic Friends and the NSPCA. People from all different walks will join to raise money for our furry friends. They will share their talents, share their products, and most importantly - their time. Volunteers will arrive bright and early to set up and stay till the wee hours to clean up!
Las Vegas residents will come out and take advantage of discounted salon services with 100% of the proceeds being donated, enjoy local entertainment, visit local vendors, admire cars from Findlay Cadillac, bid on wonderful auction items donated by some of the most generous people and businesses, I have ever met.
As I write this I get teared up, because as a volunteer I know the impact this event will have and the opportunity and hope it gives to shelter and rescue fur babies. On the event day, I will savor as I watch the Las Vegas community come together and make a difference..... and just like that my faith in humanity is restored!
